Brock Nicholson brings over 30 years of federal law enforcement experience to Summit-Tek. Over the course of his career, Mr. Nicholson boasted many accomplishments both domestically and internationally, that include serving as the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) primary liaison in Australia and New Zealand. He is credited for his role in the creation of the Attaché Office in Canberra, Australia, and served as the advisor to the Australian Government Task Force for combatting illegal weapons, and responsible for all security arrangements for High-Level DHS visits in Australia and New Zealand.

Mr. Nicholson served as the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), in Georgia and the Carolinas. As a SAC, Mr. Nicholson lead and managed the full range of ICE investigative activities which included approximately 300 Special Agents. Simultaneously, he directed, coordinated, and provided policy guidance and technical expertise for all operational and administrative programs designed to promote and enhance investigative operations. Mr. Nicholson has also served as a primary spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security to universities, religious organizations, business leaders, congressmen, senators, and media such as CNN, FOX, and local news on matters such as : Anti-Human Trafficking, Child Exploitation, Immigration Issues, and general violations of law involving national security.
